A Tailored Error
On the second floor of Aupark Shopping Mall in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a tailor shop called "Error"
Patti McCracken is a journalist who left the US with just a duffel bag (a big one). Along the way, she acquired a London Black Cab in England, a Jack Russell terrier in the Republic of Georgia, and lots of Traveler's Diarrhea and useless money from East European countries. Near Sibiu, Romania, there is a national park, and on the grounds of the park is an old village which contains the remains of stone huts.
Some Romanian journalists were bringing me through there. I followed someone through one of the doorways, and bashed my head on the top, since I'm clearly much taller than anyone was back then.
Since it helps the pain to cuss in really bad language, I screamed out "F***", to which I heard a little kid reply "Mommy, there's another American here."
